THE LACK OF PROFESSIONALISM IN YOUR FNB IS SICKENING FUND HAVE BEEN RESERVED IN MY ACCOUNT FOR A CREDIT CARD DEBT THEY CLAIM I HAVE WHICH I HAVE COMMUNICATED TO THE 4YEARS AGO THAT THIS CARD WAS PAID UP IN 2003 THEY FURTHER INSTRUCTED ME TO CUT IT WHICH I DID. MY LAWYERS ALSO SENT THEM A LETTER. NOW THIS THAT CALLED ME A WEEK AGO 'SUMARI' THEN DECIDES TO FREEZE FUNDS IN MY ACCOUNT WITHOUT MY AUTHORITY OR EVEN WARNING ME.
I WANT THE FUNDS TO BE REALESED ASAP. SHE HAS NO RIGHT OR POWERS TO DO THAT WITHOUT MY PERMISSION ESPECIALLY FOR AN ACCOUNT I FULLY PAID FOR 10YEARS AGO.
THE ROSEBANK BRANCH WHICH HAS BEEN HELPFULL GAVE ME HER 0113521823 NUMBER TO CONTACT HER/HIM DOES NOT GO THROUGH.
IT IS EVEN MORE STRANGE TO THINK THAT I HAVE BEEN THEIR CLIENT FOR THE PAST 15YEARS AND ALL THIS TIME THEY HAD MY CONTACTS AND I WAS ONLY CONTACTED ONCE ONLY IN 2009 AND THE THIS NOW.
