Poor sales technique

Tried to get a quote to compare with my existing insurance (Business). It took ages to get to the first part of the quote due to the sales person repeating the same legal wording - Seems like he lost his lines on the script.

We were not even half way on the quote, and he started to pressure on when we will implement - The more I say, I need a quote and not a pressure to implement, the more they want to activate the policy.

I said he needs to stop, or I will cut the line - Which I did - A minute later another sales boy phoned and told me the line went dead - He knew exactly what happened. What a lie!!! Was not, will not ever do business with people of OUTSURANCE.

You never do business with pushy people, and especially not with people who just to get the deal and the commission on it. People - stay away - Don't hope anyone will ever have a claim at OUTSURANCE...

Please never phone me again!
