Yes this is my second post, but do you think anyone has bothered to phone me after my first post... NO. I cannot believe that a financial institution with a motto of#movingforward would continuously act in a way completely contradictory to that. Further to that, employ people in their call centres with zero competence. I cannot explain how frustrating it feels to be a hostage (not a customer) of Standard Bank and their continuous ridiculousness. If you care about me, one of your millions of customers (even though I dont feel like that) - please get someone with real authority from your complaints department to phone me immediately. #movingbackwards #hostagetocorporates.

I had a query with Benedicta from the Home Assist dept about a Geyser dispute. Ref #9450383, I phone today a week later, only to be told no one has actioned anything. This has just happened throughout my entire bond origination process, all the way to claims on household insurance.

Please sort this out.
