Can I have some professional assistance PLEASE??

On 7 April I received a Quarterly Housing Finance statement. This letter shows that my monthly instalment is R5201, but a debit order of R5260 is processed each month. I went to the Finance Housing Office to find out the reason for this discrepancy, the receptionist told me they can't see me without an appointment. I asked her to provide me details to make an appointment. She phoned a lady who said they are unable to help me and I had to go to a branch. After waiting for an hour at the branch I was told that they too can't assist me! They provided me with a number where I will be able to get assistance, I phoned the number. The operator asked me to email her the letter I received on 7April and asked me: CAN YOU READ? I informed her that I can, and she asked me to read the date. The date is 28/02/2013. She told me that my enquiry is irrelevant because the letter is dated long ago, and therefore the debit order is R5260.I tried explaining to her that R5260 was quoted to me on 01/02/2013, after which I paid an additional amount into my account. This lady just kept on ridiculing me! I would LOVE to speak to someone who understands housing finance & treats clients with dignity and respect.
