Account paid in full and still getting threatened!

I had an account witg Blue financial/ Pholosa which was paid in full in 2011 already and I am now receiving threatening e-mails and sms's arning me to pay my arrears amount of in excess of R3600!! AFTER MY ACCOUNT WAS SETTLED THEY REFUSED TO SEND ME A PAID UP LETTER AFTER NUMEROUS PHONECALLS!! PLEASE CAN SOMEONE SORT THIS OUT IMMEDIATELY AS I AM SICK OF BEING RIPPED OFF BY THIS COMPANY AND ITS ASSOCIATES!!! WHAT A USELESS BUNCH OF PEOPLE!!!
