Unauthorised debit orders, lack of support (SME's)

I have made a made a number of complaints regarding Nedbank's (and in particular, Nedbank Rosebank) poor service and inability to support myself as an SME. I have also, on a number of occasions mentioned that I have parkinson's disease, the symptoms of which (freezing, inability to move, shaking etc) are dramatically increased as a result of stressful situations. Having said that, I do not mention this to gain sympathy but rather to highlight how your Bank's insensitivity to towards my disability has caused unnecessary stress as well as grossly disproportionate costs (value of service vs actual cost of service), all of which have been borne by myself. The latest event in this relationship relates to an unauthorized debit on my account today (R2535.75) for Santam (J036500646). I am literally at a loss for words... the debit order will be rejected (there are not sufficient funds), I will be charged a fee (normally in the region of R150) and again will have to spend my precious time fighting with officials who make promises, very seldom deliver on what is promised and ultimately, it is me, the small business man who suffers.
