Good Day,

Im taurion Solomons. I took out a life cover policy for my mother in June 2012, not sure what the date was then. I was told that only after being in the policy 6 months we can claim. 14 January 2013 my mother pass away, which is 7months later,

This morning i go to the bank with all my particulars only to find out im 4month in the policy, shock i was too the exstream because how the flippen must i burry my mom. I ask the consult why cant they pay me out if i was 7months with the policy, then they said because they started debiting only the 1 october 2013 . i was not aware of anything and i refuse to be held responsible for a consultant not advising me and debit late. i have no other means of paying for afuneral no flippen sibling to assist because i rest asured that FNB will pay me.

Honestly in words i cant at all express the wway i feel and how depress i am right now. I dont think its my fault and i let FNB TO PLEASE JUST PAY ME OUT.

im really takign this further as far as possible if i dont get whats due to me because all this is not my fault at all.
