Claim Repudated because of securty gates

Two different items asked in one question, Do the house have Burglar bars and safety Gates and because the house did not have safety gates on the insurance did not pay for my claim. They can not ask me for 2 different stuff in one question. Safety Gates at all open doors is not the same as burglar bars at all windows.
