Selling my Old Mutual Shares

I currently do not live in South Africa and have given notification as requested by Old Mutual to sell shares to my mother as they are not willing to sell my shares with me not being there and comeing in to their offices. I mean how the am I supposed to be there. Now after I sent all the documentation requested and having it signed and verified in the country I now live they have changed their rules YET AGAIN!!! I now cannot even go that route to sell the shares to my mother.???!!! Now they wish ME to call their Computershare hotline from abroad and hold on in that endless que...(you must be joking right?!) Are you going to foot the bill???

All I want is to sell up my shares and get my money paid out to me. How hard can that be? The country I now reside, thank heavens, does what one needs and asks and there is not so much RED TAPE in trying to get your money.

I would love a quick and speedy response please.
