Do not consider foreigners

I am a foreigner and I am interested in getting a car insurance quote. As with the other insurance companies, I went to their website and tried to submit my request. However, when they ask for "ID Number" and I submit my passport number, they consider it invalid and do not process my request.

I went to their "Contact Us" page to see if I could find an email address to which I can email my request, but all they have is telephone numbers.

All the other insurance companies have been able to process my request, regardless of the fact that I am a foreigner, with a passport number.

To be honest I was quite interested in Outsurance, but seeing as they do not consider people like me (foreigners), I do not see why I should consider them.
