I made a cash deposit at Metlife Plaza ATM ON 10/04/2013 AT 19H55. I have done cash deposits a few times already so didnt expect problems. After the ATM accepted the cash it conveniently cancelled the transaction with my funds still in its belly.
The real problem started today when i tried to phone the branch. It just rings with no one answering. So i contacted the General enqiries number asking and hoping that they could get the branch to phone me back. But of course that would be too much effort. Surely FNB has the Branch managers number, thats just common sense. 1 lady Neliswa said she would phone me back after 10 mins to give feedback. Silly me hey i should have asked 10mins in what year.
So here i am still waiting.
FNB really service.
And whats really sad is that companies only respond to you after being shamed on this platform yet they have all these fancy Help desks. Maybe they should shut the Help desks down and sub contract HELLO PETER to help them.
And im wondering if its so hard to just contact them then im expecting it to be a nightmare to get my money back.
