Waiting 2 weeks for an sms

On the 9th October i went to a Nedbank branch in Sunninghill to open a Savvy Cheque Account.
It was done by Mr Moemisi Lloyd Mashike (bank sales consultant)
He said that i will receive an sms in 2days to come and collect my card.
I have been waiting to that sms till today

My woory is that i have already submitted the new account number (Savvy account Number) at work so that i can get my salary from that account & now come pay day i wont have a card!

Please attend to this ASAP!
