Refund from Nedbank

Nedbank have taken extra debit orders off my account, one for now reason and the other 2 after an arrangement with them was cancelled. After taking it up with them on 28/3/2013, I was promised on 3 differnt occasions that the funds will be put back into my account withing 24 - 48 hours. Yet after 13 days, 3 telephone calls, and a manager who could not come to the phone right now!!! I have still not received my refunds. It's forever being processed!!! No return of phone calls, no feedback, NOTHING! I, and many others are wondering if this is the bleep bank!!! FNB here we come!
