Incompetent Staff, Worst Recoveried Firm Ever!!!

If only Mr Price is aware that they have handed there Legal work over to the WORST Recoveries Firm i have ever came accross. Firstly their staff are incompetent, rude and their attitude stinks! My acc went into arrears due to being retrenched, i had called them and notified them about the reason as to why my payments defaulted. I eventually was able to pay and called Blake & Associates Recoveries Department to make a monthly PTP on my account. Despite my monthly payment on my acc i receive numerous phone calls, text messages as well as emails advising me that payment needs to be made IMMEDIATELY on my account. Even though i call the call centre to make a ptp, i pay my acc monthly, they continue to call me and then still have a nerve to charge me for correspondence fees!!! Just yesterday i called to complain, apparently no payments were received at all, then i was told my acc is no longer with them, when i called back i was told no payment was made! When u call, u need to call about 4 times and ur call gets cut! Despite my phne call made yesterday i received a phne call just this morning! If there is no sysytem in place on your side dont make this my issue. I have now had enough!!!
