Subscription cancelled LW still debit my account

I put in a cliam in October 2011 at Legal wise. Within weeks attorney recommended by LW send to get info regarding my complaint. Theirafter no response was received from LW anymore. On phoning them they told me complaint at attorneys and they waiting for response. I phone Attorneys and they mentioned report was given to LW. I phoned back and it is just promises upon promises and telling me they will get back to me. Thanks for Solly, Anette and all others who did not come back to me. Everytime when I want to follow up I was the one you need to phone. On a specific time a letter was send to me that case was closed. On phoning them they mentioned it was a mistake on their side. I was up to my neck with frustration and requested them via emial and via phone to cancell my subscription and I also demand that my monies paid for years need to be reimbursed to me because I paid subscription fees for aservice as mentioned in their contract. On looking at my statement I saw last month they still deduct the monthly fee. This is. The only reason people why you think you will get service at LW and pay monthly subscription is so that people stayed in their jobs. Shame on you!
