Fnb be as been from my account for the last 8 months!!! i pay for services that i never even signed off on and with out my consent. between feb 2013 and april the 6th i picked up that they have taken at least R300. now so if i go back any further it would reach over R2000. this is absolutely disgusting. and when you phone you have to speak to 10 people only for the last one to tell me sorry i need to go to a branch. they are the ones from me, i cant afford to leave work to go and sit there and let them give me no solution what so ever. i expect them now to contact me and sort this out over the phone.
