Payments not captured on system after i paid

On 2013/02/01 i paid my account R450.00 and my balance became R2 978.12 and on 2013/04/03 my balance was R2 044.92 and after paying on 2013/05/03 there was no balance written on my receipt and suddenly on 2013/06/04 my balance is R2 453.21 whereas the balance on 2013/05/16 was R2 453.21.
