I would like to hereby inform you that you have shattered a dream.

You see, we saw our dream house on [URL Removed] [URL Removed] We participated in the online auction and our bid was accepted.
We did what we had to get the house. We danced to your tune and I even helped you gain access to the property. I was very proactive throughout the whole process. We really wanted to move and this house was ideal.
You accepted our bid. We had 2 days to pay the 10% deposit.
We paid the deposit, applied for a home loan and danced to your music.
You emailed me informing me that all the paperwork is in order and that the transfer attorneys should start the process of transferring the property onto our name. I received a call from the bond registration attorneys. Telling me that the home loan paperwork is being drawn up. We will have to go and sign the paperwork soon. Soon you will have your own home!
Then on a Tuesday I receive a mail from you. Stating that you are sorry for the inconvenience you caused. But you have to cancel the sale due to an error from your side. Excuse me? But?
If I had to suddenly cancel the transaction from my side, I would have lost my deposit. I
