SLOW RESPONSE TO URGENT INTERNATIONAL BANK QUERY

I am expecting an international payment from Greece to be transferred into my ABSA business account. The payment was debited from the payees account on the 28th March, but somehow is still not available on 09/04/2013 in South Africa. My colleague has received a payment from the same payee at another South African bank on 03/04/2013 already. I sent a query with proof of payment to ABSA international banking support [Email Removed] and received the following reference (20130408-0000012773931) at 8am this morning (2013/04/09), but still have received no response after 5pm the same afternoon. Due to the nature of the urgency of this payment, I expect a quick response, but up until now I am still waiting for this payment which I need in order to pay suppliers.
