Damaging my credit record

I only had an account with Furniture city who get finance via African bank. I had money trouble then I went under debt review from March 2011 to March 2012 when I voluntary exit. When I was following up with Furniture city I was told that I have 3 loans with African bank that I opened at menlyn. They increased from 3 to 5 and I explained to them that it is impossible as I was under debt review. I gave them the affidavit, bank statements and my signatures but it is till not enough as my life have been crippled by this. I can't get credit anywhere as they have been put under my name. I have told the consultants that I never opened the accounts and this looks like an inside job. I want my life back and I want to buy a house which is impossible.

Can someone closed or move these loans on my name I never opened them? Maybe they need to do the internal investigation and leave me alone. If this is not rectified I need to take actions and sue the bank for the pain they have caused. I am tired of this nonsense!!!
