June 2012 My ID was . the perpetrators then used my id to open up a loan account with African Bank.

i never new of this until i had to go and buy furniture on high purchase with one of the leading furniture stores. it was then discovered that after my first instalment with them that another account was opened on my name though under different fica details.

i then told them the 2nd account is not mine and should be investigated. i handed in an Affidavit per their request and they said it would take them 8weeks to resolve this matter. their time frame lapsed a month ago if not more but still they have not resolved this problem. i suppose one should expect such responses from these foolish and incompetent thick skull-ed . they keep debiting my account for the instalment on this account even after it was signatures on the application form and on the affidavit are not same. this goes for the forms submitted for the furniture account i have with them too... now, what is one to do further ion such an incident... where do i turn to as these arent able to help me.

perhaps i should just open a case against African Bank and have their ###### CEO closed behind bars!!
