Claim not pursued

I had an accident on 5/02/13, the truck made a u-turn at the the robots where it is prohibited. i have just been told that my claim could not be pursued because of the lack of witnesses, how much proof do you guys need? i send through the sketch i have pictures, can your investigators not go to the scene and observe what really happened? i really do not understand this. i told William that the lady that managed to stop the truck left the scene after she had stopped the truck and phoned the ambulance, the only witness that i have is of the passenger i was with in the car. i was really happy with King Price but now i am gonna be cancelling and looking for an alternative, my friends did warn me though about you guys and now this!!! i am unhappy with these news and deserve answers as to what more do your investigators need to fight this guy as i really want my money back. I paid R5500 for access. i need feedback in 24hrs or else i will be cancelling and going somewhere, where a client is of high value, and where they fight for their clients.
