A LIFETIME TO BE HELPED!!

Called King Price at exactly 08:03 indicating i hd broken down and needed a tow truck. Was advised i would be called back to confirm time of arrival. 45 min later no call! Called back and 08:50 and was advised tht the tow truck was on the way. Their SLA is 60 mins. Low and behold after numerous calls the tow truck finally rrived at 10:30!!! I shudder to imagine the service i will get if i ever have a vehicle accident!! Shocking... Seriously contemplating moving mine and my wifes policy away!
