Faulty Smartphone within 6 months - NO HELP

Business & Finance

My husband purchased a Samsung Galaxy Note 2 for me in November 2012. The phone is less than six months old and is already faulty. It is continually giving sim card errors, reboots on its own, freezes etc. after multiple calls to FNB it seems they just do not care enough about after sales service to do anything about it but yet they are still happy to deduct the costs off my account every month. This is a last resort of getting some kind of feedback and assitance from FNB on this matter. Can someone please sort this out as i refyse to pay for a broken phone for a further 18 months!!!
