My name is Malisa Lawrence. Well i cancelled my outsurance policy, but Natasha did not let me go without a fight. She explained everything thoroughly to me, she really went beyond the extra mile to try and make me stay, she almost got me to change my mind but for my own personal reasons i decided not to. This lady is a gem in your retentions department and she deserves a pat on the back and an extra zero added to her salary.

Well done Natasha Morgan, one day if i should decide to return to Outsurance I certainly hope our paths will cross again.
