CALLED TO SPEAK TO MY BANKER IT TOOK 15 MINUTES BEFORE I LEFT A MESSAGE ON THE ANSWERING SERVICE NO ONE CALLED ME BACK FROM THE BANKERS.
I CALLED AT 11AM I FIND IT UNACCEPTABLE THAT A BANK CANT CALL THERE CLIENT BACK.
ALSO ON THE 05/04/2013 I WENT IN TO CREST BRANCH TO UPDATE MY FICA AS FNB CLAIMED THAT MY DETAILS WAS DIFFERENT AS PER THERE SYSTEM THIS TOOK OVER AN HOUR TO DO ONLY TO FIND OUT TODAY THAT IT'S STILL NOT DONE YET I GAVE THEM MY ID AS WELL AS UTILITY BILL ALL THE INFORMATION IS THERE.
FNB HAS ALL THESE NICE ADDS BUT WHEN IT COME DOWN TO DELIVER SERVICE THIS DOES NOT HAPPEN, IS THERE A REASON FOR THEM NOT CALLING THERE CLIENTS BACK???
