All I can say is I want my refund by no later that COB Friday 12.4.2013. If not I will institue a case of for incorrectly debiting my account without my authority and consent, when i dont have a policy with you. I want all refunds due to me paid. And I would like all my overdraft interest paid as well. We 4 mnths down the line and I still have not received a refund no a followup on this. You guys service is beyond pathetic...
