I cancelled my homeowners Insurance last year in writing. You required details of my new policy which I sent to your offices and met all the requirements. But you did not cancel and I have been debited with R3061.84 on the 24th of March 2013.Referance being 08073199789/32.
So will you please reverse this entry asap as I cannot afford to pay two Insurances. I have sent emails to your department on many occasions and as usual have not had any response.
