ABSA Home Owners Insurance!

I'm writing this after spending an entire morning on the phone with ABSA Insurance and Homeloans, two calls to the ABSA Actionline (what a waste) and leaving a message for Mr Pillay to phone me back... NO JOY!
Long and the short of the story is that after paying my Home Owners Insurance in December, in full for the year, an amount of R919.00 has been deducted by them from my account in July and no one can tell me why, except that the 'region' did it... Also my house is totally over insured and no one can tell me how the valuation was done, except for "the computer decided the value of my house" I cant move to another insurer before the replacement value is changed on the system, because Absa Homeloans will not accept a lower amount, and i'm getting no feedback from ANYBODY!!! To all homeowners out there, STAY AWAY FROM ABSA INSURANCE!! Incompetent people who your money!
