Disclosing confidential clinical information

I got a call from my husband (going through a divorce) last week stating that Evelyn called him regarding a outstanding account that my medical aid didn't pay, also he gave me details for what it was, who my referring doctor was & for what I went.
This is private information and she has no right to disclose any confidential information to any one.
She then called me where by I told her to send me the details and I will follow it up.
While on the call she said to me she will give me the details on the phone and I again told her to email or fax me the details, she refused and demanded I write it down, I told her I cant, she got aggressive cause I didn't want to write it down. I told her I'm in the bathroom and can't write it down! She then again called my husband and told him I'm rude.
She did fax the details on the 3rd April 2013.
Today I printed out the fax-email, to follow it up with my medical when again I got a call from Evelyn, going off on me why I haven't paid, I told her I'm busy with this & will make a payment today, she called again after I gave her the info with an attitude. I told her exactly what I think of her. She even went off on my sister when she answered!
