Claim Payout taking forever!!!

My last day with my employer was the 04/03/2013. I received an email on the 20th saying that my funds have been dis invested and payment will be made soon. I contacted a consultant on the 02/04/2013 and was informed that my payment was rejected by my bank on the 25th March 2013, I was told to send through paperwork that shows my details which I did on the very same day. The consultants I speak to everyday are unable to inform me why, nothing was done to my claim and that it would be marked as URGENT. Alexander Forbes are quick to deduct funds us, but when it comes to paying out, there are endless problems. I am disgusted by the service of such a well known International company, in how they handle so many clients claims. refuse to wait any longer for my clam to be resolved, and would like this issue to be resolved immediately. I honestly dont understand why it would take so long if they were ready to make payment on the 25th March and now all of a sudden, things are taking longer!!!
