No response!!! Been holding for ages

I want to make arrangements on my account and no one is ever answering the phone. It seems like there is no call centre only automate answering machines. It's difficult enough being a single mom and having to valence work and home. The last thing I need is to have to get in bad credit because the bank I am with cant take calls or deliver customer service. Please get back to me so I can make arrangements and move forward.
