Good marketing campaign, bad at keeping your word

I've been a customer of Outsurance before & had no problems with them until I moved to Miway. I then saw an interesting campaign where they pay R400 should they be unable to give you a better insurance premium. I did a few quotes with Outsurance using various methods - website, called via cellphone & even emailed. They came back to me to try and beat my current premium with MiWay & they couldn't. I then told them to pay me R400 as they claim on their campaign & then I was told to submit my policy from the competitor and I received confirmation that they had received this. After that there was silence. It's unfair to have such campaigns if you cannot live up to them.
