Premier benefits NOT!

Premier bank client nothing but fnb marketing. Can you believe that I have about R 50k salary going through my account monthly, I have 3 other business accounts with FNB, my wife is a premier client as well. I noticed the slow lounge fee was charged to my account, when I queried this I was now told that I did not swipe my card to the value of R 5000 for the month so the slow lounge fee was charged to my account. Most of my payments are on DO so why would I need to swipe my card to that value! Never mind the other 3 million I moved through Fnb accounts last year! I don't see any other benefits of being a premier account holder.
