This concerns Old Mutual Pencare Division. I have been patiently waiting for an explanation that I was faithfully promised would be PROMPTLY forthcoming on the 22 March 2013. To no avail. My telephonic and email details were supplied on the same date. A rather simple explanation was required in respect of a long standing process that was summarily amended without notification or explanation. A substantial reduction in monthly benefit has left me concerned. Surely the Pencare division should appreciate the concerns of pensioners who suddenly receive some 30% less than historically paid.
