Old Mutual
Failure to pay my needs

I have 2 Loans with Old Mutual and in both I am supposed to receive a refund/ called needs, in the loan that I pay R800 I did not receive any refund/needs in January and there is no explanation to that effect.

With regard to my other loan I am supposed to get R480 due to a loan that I am repaying instead of R800. This refund/needs I am supposed to receive on the 4th and up to now I have not received anything and no explanation to that effect. Can i receive my needs/refund urgently as we have an arrangement to that effect.
