The never call or send you an email

I have submitted all my document on the 28th February 2013. During March I called them to find out how far they are with the policy payout, and they said will out after 15 working day should there be no problem.

Today I gave them the call again to find out about the payout and they told me my withdrawal date and the date of which I left the company doesn't match with theirs on the system.

What upset me is that they DON'T BOTHER CALLING you to tell you what's needed. They just leave your forms like that and you supposed to guess what's delaying them. Now they tell me I have to wait another 15 working days to get the payout.
