This is sooo difficult for me to do worse when I am disappointed by a company i call great. I refer family members and friends there yet today I am extremely dissatisfied, frankly extremely annoyed. I took comprehensive insurance with car hire. I called Outsurance to claim or get advice. The first thing they said was "we don't cover mechanical damages and we don't give out a car hire for that either" and after they asked what happened. Lindi couldn't empathies!!! She told me about how she is doing her job. I am a customer not a beggar and I pay R1000 . She now calls tell me she won't cancel the account because I refuse to stay on the line with her sarcastic self-verifying ID's. I just wonder if Gouws knows how these guys treat us when we wanna claim yet get paid fat PBS. I will never again speak highly of them. If they know FAIS Legislation like they claim on line. They should know that I clearly said "cancel the policy" on a recorded line and I can take this even further. I never even received my Policy documents nor was I send directions to the nearest inspection center when I asked, if I was claiming for what they call "EVERYTHING" I am sure I was gonna get told to go hang.
