Very very very bad service

I was involved in a smash and grab incedent on tuesday night and I've been trying to get hold of the claims department ever since the phone rings unanswered and when I do get I get told they will send an email to the claims department how long should I wait this is really bad I'm going to daily sun to expose just what a joke this organization and I'm spreading the word on social networks this is rediculous
