Bad service

I was in a small accident were an old lady bumped into my car while parked. When I phoned to submit a claim I could not get through to them at all. Left messages upon message. When I dialed the number for new clients they've answered with in seconds. I was told that someone would call me back and at last Anieka did just to tell me that I only have 3rd part insurance with them. I was furious. She told me that she would go and listen to my recording and get back to me but I must go ahead and send al the other party's details to her seeing that they can claim on my behalf from the old lady's insurance. I've submitted my claim over a week ago and as with my previous claim with this company they just don't come back to you. Should take 48 hours according to them but that's a lie. I don't have any piece of mind with them. I'm seeing a attorney today to sort this out on my behalf and then I'm going to the news papers and any one else that wants to listen to my story.
