I have arranged to purchase a vehicle from a company and it turned out that the title was held by Standard Bank. I was told 2 weeks to get the documents and having already sold my car and unable to drive the new one until it was in my name I was in troubl as my daughter had a specialist appointment that I had to wait months to get. I spoke with Vanity in Bethlehem and she called Mashudu in Johannesburg. Vanity called me back with feed back within 10 minutes that Mashudu stood ready to help me. 30 minutes later I spoke to Mashudu who, within 1 hr of recieving my e-mail with delivery details sent me an sms and mail with a tracking number for the documentation.
