FNB consulants treat customers like dogs

5 Months ago i decided to open an FNB account, because they boast they are the best. Im currently with another bank.
I dealt with a consultant called Julie, She wasn't very helpful and to me, she said she opened an account and that she will call me in 3 days to say my card was ready.
5 days later i had no call so i went to check, julie told me it had been sent to nicolway, where nicolway FNB only does phones and tablets.
I got fed up and left.
Today i decided to try once more and to my dismay, julie was the open consultant, she greeted me like i was walking into a funeral parlour.
I had gone into FNB a week prior and dealt with the personal banker who was very helpful, and said i just needed a proof of residence bill not older then 3 months.
But julie wouldn't accept my forms, the way she dealt with it was appalling.
She was rude and just didnt care.
I waited at her table while she clicked away at her computer, (maybe checking her mail).
And to my absolute shock, she said, would i please wait in the Que again so she could help other customers as she couldn't help me at all.

I stood and she wasnt bothered when i left.
No bank has ever treated me that badly!
