Bad service and bad name for Kirby

My Kirby vacuum cleaner stopped working last week. I spoke to a very friendly lady who said it was just needing a service her name was Isabel. The machine was collected for a service. It all started on a bad note. The driver came two hours late, he did not answer his phone. The ladies at the office are rude, starting from Natasha ending at Julie. They refuse to give you pick up times / days of your machine. They said they would deliver bags with my machine. Nothing. My machine got dropped off and it still has the same problem as it left with. It does not switch on. Julie has the
nerve to tell me it worked there and I have broken something? A R13 000.00 machine and this is the revolting service I receive and get told I still have to get charged a call out fee? Surely, Kirby should have their training people come out and show me what I am doing wrong. Since Julie is sure I am the problem. A year later and a R13 000.00 machine is giving me such problems. Please be so kind as to explain yourself.
