Absa
Silver bundle is a joke!!!

So I took this silver bundle account that is R 79 a month, but internet which is included in the package gets charged separate and the charges are always more then R 79, and charges of R 148 goes of then finally after going in 4 times into the bank i get paid back R 143 and the account is sort of fixed, but i never received anything back for all the other charges or internet that went of before. But now my account is in a minus because i withdrew all the money because I'm waiting for Joey to phone me and tell me my account is fixed which of course never happened and never will so I feel Absa is responsible for fixing it because if Joey phoned me like he said he will then this wouldn't have happened and i would have left the right amount in there. Absa is the worst bank ever, after going into Absa 5 times already its still not sorted and now I'm waiting for his manager to phone me which also never happened after 3 weeks. it's PATHETIC! I want to close that account, Absa is responsible for that mess up not me so they should sort it out!!!
