I have a business account with FNB for the past 9 years, through thick and thin I've stayed with them. Lately I'm getting the impression that they just don't care anymore. My nightmare started when I moved from Stellenbosch to the Gauteng, I asked for my account to be moved to Meyerton branch which was not done the first time and I had to go into Meyerton branch a second time to fill out "the bible" of documents. Through the while FICA thing for a second time etc. what a way to start at a new branch! After about 18 months now my account is still with Stellenbosch and no documents can be found on the system, how unproffesional is that after 2 attempts at it. Then I realized after investigation that Meyerton branch doesn't have a business account manager, it's ridiculous! So in essence, if I had a problem I have to make an appointment with a business account manager to see me at the Meyerton branch then he will be imported from where ever like the all important person he/she is!
Now I'm forced to phone Annalize to sort my problems but she doesn't answer my calls and don't even do the effort to return my calls. I'm so angry and frustrated!
