No feedback with regards to Bluebean credit card

A call centre called me last year and said that I had qualified for a blue bean card. We went through the whole process and they said that a courier company would contact me in 14 working days for delivery.

Still no one has called for delivery. Standard Bank called yesterday and said that my details were on the system, but no card has been ordered.

I phoned a call centre today on 0860 121 131, they said they cannot find my information.

I want to know, is there an applicaiton or not? When will I be called for delivery?
