Its not often that DD actually manages to annoy me, usually you have very clued up and helpful staff and everything just works, but yesterday for the 3rd time after already having complained twice, I was once again unable to add a new device to my insurance.

I purchased a Nexus 7, and once again its not listed in the options, the extremely outdated list of options and still nobody has bothered to put in the "other" option so that the user can specify it themselves. If you want to offer the service, do it properly, don't do it half ar$ed. Even I cannot expect you guys to keep up with the list of nearly 8k mobile devices, but seriously, why do I need to keep calling in to add or amend when someone a simply "other" option would do the trick, its not that hard, I am a web developer myself and this has to be the single most moronic mistake possible.

I would personally be so embarrassed by that level of stupid I would quit my job, I would find a new industry as you need to be utterly and completely incompetent to of not of thought of the possibility of a client owning something you have not listed.

To top that off the person I spoke to yesterday was also useless.
