Refund on debit on my account

VAP Insurance decided to debit my account with R133 when i NEVER authorised it and still got to me over the phone asking them why they did it.

I decided to phone FNB to reverse the amount and they did it for me immediately. I am very glad i am with FNB and very happy with how helpful they are towards their clients.

I will definitely refer FNB to any one of my friends looking for a new bank.
