THERE WAS A DEBIT ORDER FOR WHAT???

There was a debit order on my Absa account of the amount of R293.00 that I have no idea from who, so I phoned Absa and they gave me the number : 086 0 111 055 and told me it was Nedbank and I need to phone them, so I just need to know for what that was please, Ive been on the phone for couple of hours now, being transferred the whole time...
