ABSA 4x4 warranty disaste

2011-11: Financed a Motorite warranty through ABSA, was not made aware that policy is valid for 2 years, and that we HAVE to service within 12 months. In addition, policy was financed over 5 years.
2012-12: Rola serviced our vehicle within 14 months, well below the 15000 km interval. Made us aware that there is dirt in the fuel tank.
2013-01: Asked Rola to clean the tank, they informed us about a second petrol tank installation that has damaged the fuel pump (previous owner). Motorite refused the claim due to the 14 month interval (Rola did not refuse the service).
2013-03: ABSA confirmed that no inspection was done on the vehicle as is required by this warranty (although we had to pay for an inspection) - and this inspection would have pointed out the faulty fuel pump.
After SIX weeks of dealing with ABSA, we will do not have a solution, as the wrong amounts have been refunded, with no intention to reverse the rejection of the claim. In addition, we are begin charged overdue amounts.
DO NOT buy this policy, Motorite will find a way not to honour a claim. If you do, READ every term and condition BEFORE signing. Do not finance for a longer period than the warranty itself.
